I ordered a cover for the Boox Note 3, and was disappointed to see that I was sent the wrong product -- a cover for the Boox Note Air. I emailed the support team with a photo of what I received. It is not consistent with what was advertised: "This sleeve is exclusively designed for the Onyx Boox Note 3." I'm frustrated to have received the wrong product, and have my request for help go unanswered. I want a refund and return.
