Every Remarkable e-note comes with a one-year limited warranty and up to 90 days of complementary technical support from Good e-Reader. With the Good e-Reader Extended Protection Plan, you can increase your coverage to two years from your Remarkable purchase date from Good e-Reader.

When you purchase the protection plan, you will pay no extra fees if your e-reader is damaged or ceases to function during the first two years. Good e-Reader will coordinate the repair process with Remarkable and no extra fees will be paid, aside from the shipping fee.
